Safe and Sound Trust is a registered
501 (c)(4) nonprofit foundation that owns 51% of Smart Tread,
LLC. The trust’s main purpose is to improve the lives
of children and their families in these areas:
- Vehicle Safety
- Safety in the Home
- Education
- Health
- Poverty
Not many businesses give over 50 percent of their income
to charitable causes. But Smart Tread is not just another
business. The financial success of Smart Tread will provide
the Safe & Sound Trust the ability to play an affirmative
and meaningful role in children’s lives.
